Please help us accomplish this goal by providing a detailed description of your vision (review the spelling of names, dates, etc.). Once your request has been received, a mock-up will be sent within 24-48 hours, once the mock-up is approved and your order has been submitted/started changes cannot be made.

Please inspect your order once it has been received. If your order arrives defective or with an error, please contact us via email at info@xclusivelyyounique.com within 24 hours. If the error was caused by us, your item will be remade. We do not accept refunds on custom items, items are customized and personalized based on your vision.
